This piece was inspired by Bahamut, the colossal primordial fish of ancient Arab mythology, described in the twelfth-century work Kharîdat al-‘Ajâ’ib wa farîdat al-gharâib. So vast it is said to support the universe, Bahamut embodies strength and cosmic mystery. This necklace has the feel of an ancient relic, as if discovered from a distant past.
