All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with their original packaging (box and pouch).
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided to you after getting in touch with us by email.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 7 days to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 for customers in Bahrain.
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is valid on international orders over $500. Local fees and customs required to receive the package are responsibility of the customer.

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, "Import Fees"), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):

Shipping costs and package weight
Customs clearance channel
Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of your destination country for more information.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
LOST INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
If your tracking info shows the package was delivered but it is not at your door, in your mailbox, PO box, etc. Please contact your local Post Office for help. There is very little we can do once a package has been handed off to the courier. You will need to work with your local Post Office and carrier to try to resolve the issue. If it cannot be found, you can file a Lost Package Claim with the post through their website.
