Refunds, Returns & Shipping

I put a lot of care into every piece I make, and I want you to be happy with your jewelry. Since I work independently, my policies are designed to be fair, clear, and manageable for a one-person business.
RETURNS
If you need to make a return, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in new, unworn condition, and returned with their original box and pouch.

Returns are accepted for exchange only (not refunds, unless the piece arrived damaged or defective).
RETURN PROCESS

Please email me first at AMALRAFIE@HOTMAIL.COM with your order details.

I’ll provide you with the return address.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to me.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I cannot be responsible for lost returns.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll process your exchange. Please allow up to 7 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s on the way.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact me at AMALRAFIE@HOTMAIL.COM to arrange a refund or exchange.
Note: Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

Bahrain Orders

Free standard shipping on orders over $450.

Orders under this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.
International Orders

I ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Free standard shipping on GCC orders over $550.

Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Customs Note: Import fees depend on your country’s policies (based on product value, weight, shipping, and category). Please check with your local customs office for details.
DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

If your order is delayed, I’ll let you know as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or courier directly. Unfortunately, once the package leaves my hands, I have very limited control. You may need to file a Lost Package Claim with your postal service.
