The Spiral as Return
Handcrafted in sterling silver, this one-of-a-kind hand cuff features flowing spiral forms connected by a chain detail. Designed to rest across the palm and hand, the piece is slipped on from the fingertips so that the sculptural silver form sits across the centre of the hand. The open ends gently embrace either side, while a delicate chain drapes across the back of the hand, moving freely with suspended silver details. Fabricated entirely by hand using traditional silversmithing techniques.
Fit note: Designed to rest comfortably across the palm and hand. The cuff can be adjusted slightly to accommodate individual fit. Please check measurements below.
The Spiral as Return draws from the spirals and curls that appear throughout Dreamland. Rather than moving forward in a straight line, they suggest memory circling back upon itself, ancestry reappearing, and time folding inward. The piece reflects a landscape where past, present, and imagined futures exist simultaneously, gathered together in a single continuous motion.
Only one The Spiral as Return exists, and it will not be recreated in this same form. Every element was shaped, assembled, and finished by hand, resulting in a one-off piece that balances symbolism, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

Care
To preserve the piece, wear and handle with care. Avoid contact with salt water, chlorinated water, perfumes, oils, and harsh chemicals. Remove the hand cuff before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping, and store it gently in its box or pouch when not in use.
This piece is slightly adjustable, but repeated bending may weaken the metal over time. Adjust gently and only when necessary to maintain its shape and structure.
Sterling silver naturally deepens in tone over time and can be brightened with the polishing cloth provided. For deeper cleaning, a gentle silver jewelry solution may be used with care. With mindful handling, this piece will remain a personal relic to be treasured for years to come.
